Vietnamese Grilled Seafood Sandwich

This dish is extremely quick to make and delicious to eat. Give it a try, it won’t take too long!


  • 1 crab
  • 300g shrimp
  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 little cilantro
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • a few cloves of garlic

  • 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise


  1. Discard the chopped onions and peppers in 1 bowl.
  2. In a hot pan, fry the garlic until fragrant, add the shrimp and stir-fry, turn off the heat for the bowl of onions, peppers, sugar, salt and pepper, mix well.
  3. Put all the above mixture into the bowl of removed crab meat.
  4. Drain off the water and put in the refrigerator.
  5. Cut the bread into diagonal slices, 2 or 3cm pieces.
  6. Take out the filling bowl from the fridge and mix 2 or 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  7. Brush the baking tray with oil so it doesn't stick, then put the bread down.
  8. Pour the filling on top of the cake, overfilling spills out.
  9. Depending on the oven, turn the temperature accordingly. Bake for about 15-20 minutes and see if it is ready to use.
